Hi, I'm Rachel...
An accredited NLP Coach and Practitioner, Strategic Life Coach, EFT Practitioner, and Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, based in South Cambridge.
For the past two years, I’ve been a life and wellbeing coach to professional women in high-pressure corporate jobs, helping them reclaim their energy, balance, and zest for life.
After spending almost 20 years working in demanding corporate roles myself, I’ve seen firsthand how the relentless pressure of work and home-life can leave women feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and completely disconnected, with little capacity to prioritise their wellbeing or pursue their personal goals.
I launched Calma Wellbeing after seeing a huge gap in the support available for high-achieving, hardworking women who are constantly trying to juggle it all. Too many workplace wellbeing initiatives and traditional coaching programs focus on surface-level fixes that don’t address the real challenges you face.
